Ideal base for beach and city break, 20 minutes from the centre of Lisbon. Car essential but also really handy for getting up and down the hill. We went with friends who paid the same as us but we're given a room above the bar with no balcony after requesting a room with a balcony!! The asked for a change and were given a tiny room with small balcony, the next day they were told that another room was available, which was a small studio apartment, which h they were delighted with, but 2 days to sort a room and the hotel was far from full, poor show by the hotel I feel. By contrast we got a brilliant room at the back of the hotel on the 5th floor, no complaints at all. But the should of made sure we both had lovely rooms, wasn't a great start to our weeks holiday. Breakfast is Amazing, so much choice and all delish.

The hotel is set in a very good location. Golf grounds are stunning, hotel has a nice pool and a cute little pool for babies. Very good breakfast and very pleasant staff all around the hotel. Good size room and a balcony with a beautiful view is a bonus. Overall everything in the hotel is brand new and provides a comfortable stay. Special thank you to Katrina from reception who was very helpful and efficient. I would also like to highlight the service of lovely Vanessa from the restaurant (breakfast room) she went the extra mile in looking after us and has made our stay very special.

The staff here is what really stood out for us. They were all very engaging and helpful, helping us improve our limited Portuguese. There was ample parking and it was equidistant to the beach and highway. The room was well appointed, and with our 5th floor ocean view, it was always lovely to open the curtains in the morning. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and staff very attentive. Would definitely stay here again, and now that we live here, we'll be back to visit the very kind Alina at the bar :)

Very nice facilities and friendly staff! they have a kids room with very friendly babysitters that really made me feel safe to leave my daughter there. The pools and sauna are very well taken care of and spacious, as was the room. I went during my birthday and received very kind surprises from the hotel.

I like everything about this property Staff was so polite and helpful!!!! Restaurant manager made us best coffee in morning, she was also very helpful! Facilities are great 👍 I would rate this hotel 5 star as well , huge swimming pool , sauna , steam room 👍and it all super clean
